Seabright Cannery

We spend a lot of our lives working and since I also spend a lot of time with a camera in my hand I end up with a lot of photos around work.

My place of work is at an old fruit cannery in Santa Cruz which is now owned by Richard Novak and houses NHS and other businesses like a climbing gym, 2 bakeries, and 2 bike companies. Richard purchased the property in 1989 after the cannery stopped operations. Here's an old photo from 1947>


I'm getting ready to show some images in Jai Tanju's Emulsion Stew show on August 15th and was going through photos to print. So I thought I would compile a set of Cannery images that I've taken with various cameras over the years.
